To download the full version of Photoshop, you will have to go on the website and download the latest version of photoshop. Photoshop offers a 7-day free trial. ​After the trial is over, you will want to stick with the Photographers version, which has all necessary features and will be the most cost efficient. You can not use ANY other photoshop version.

can I use photoshop elements? or photoshop Lightroom? photoshop mobile?
No, you can not use any other photoshop extenstion application. Photoshop has several different versions of photoshop that are used for different reasons. For example, Photoshop Elements is used for light photo image editing, all print color modes are not supported. However, standard Photoshop is used for design purposes and has more designing tools to really enhance a creative design!
